Team Firefly provides daily monitoring of your NAMS® system by a member of our highly trained support staff. Utilizing a secure VPN and remote access devices, we are able to run a variety of tests designed to maintain the integrity of the database. If a problem or even a potential problem is detected, we take measures to correct it immediately. With Team Firefly, you will receive regular reports detailing the database management tasks performed, diagnostics that have been run, and what, if any, problems had occurred... along with the steps taken to resolve them.

CMSI provides 24 x 7 support 365 days a year with a two hour response time window.
We know how important your data is to you and we pride ourselves on not only our quick response time but our diligent support practices. The same technicians that are monitoring the systems daily are on call 24x7 and have an existing familiarity with your system.
Basic system administration training is initially provided by the on-site installation technician during the installation of the Firefly system. Additional application training is available through telephone support via our dedicated training personnel. Classes are also available either at CMSI headquarters or on-site if you prefer.
