The NAMS Firefly ® SIP Probe collects all SIP messages in real time for visibility and reporting purposes. This software provides a user friendly environment for searching SIP data. CMSI takes the most important fields in the SIP messages and creates a SIP Session Record (SSR) for visibility to the network. The SIP call detail is displayed in an intuitive format that allows the user to drill down into the minutia of a displayed call for research or trouble shooting purposes.
