NAMS III® Centralized - Collection and Mediation
Further detail of our Collection &
Mediation product suite can be found by downloading this
comprehensive guide. (.pdf)
CMSI's NAMS III® Centralized
product utilizes our
NAMS III®
Collectors and provides the same high reliability
collection system but on a larger scale.
Efficient:
Designed for larger companies with
multiple central office switches, the NAMS III®
Centralized product can collect from multiple Central
Office switches using different collectors as required
and can also mediate the call detail and/or AMA to
multiple destinations with differing record format
requirements.
Value:
Just like all our collection products,
the license is a one-time pay license with no recurring
license charges and unlike many large mediation systems
is not priced based on volume. NAMS III® Centralized is
an economically viable alternative to competing
mediation systems that cost many times that of NAMS III®
Centralized yet is well supported.
Technical Highlights:
Automated file transfers to downstream
systems utilize the NAMS Self Recovering FTP application
which eases the work load on IT Professionals. Network
outages that occur during regularly scheduled outages
normally interrupt file transfers leaving incomplete
files of downstream systems. The NAMS Self Recovering
Transfer application will automatically re-transfer
incomplete files when network connectivity has been
restored. All CMSI collectors include extensive logging
capabilities that aid the customer and CMSI support
personnel by providing
complex diagnostic capabilities.
Support:
CMSI's high level of support sets us
apart from all of our competitors. Saving money for your
company is great but you shouldn't have to compromise by
giving up the professional dedicated support services
you've grown accustomed to with your mission critical
systems. CMSI's Team 2000 support is available for NAMS
III® Centralized and includes 24 X 7, 365 day coverage
with a 2 hour response time. No first tier support
representatives to wade through, CMSI's Team 2000
support analyst are all senior level support personnel
with extensive knowledge
of central office switches, communication protocols,
server hardware, server operating systems and CMSI's
collection and mediation applications.
